POLICIES FOR AUTHORS & ATTENDEES:

• To have an accepted paper published in the IEEE ASPCC 2026 Conference Proceedings and be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, at least one author of the paper must register for the conference and present the paper at the conference.
• Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, camera-ready version of the paper.
• Receipt of the Registration Fee will be provided to the registered authors only.

The registration of paper for presentation at IEEE ASPCC 2026 is a two-step process as described below:

• Step 1: PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE OPEN
  Early-Bird Registration Deadline: 28th October 2026 EARLY BIRD
  Regular Registration Deadline: 5th November 2026 REGULAR
• Step 2: PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF CAMERA-READY PAPER OPEN
  (Deadline: 31/10/2026)

Information for the PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE (Step 1):

• The authors are required to pay the non-refundable registration fee for IEEE ASPCC 2026 to the Conference Bank Account with the following details:

• The Indian resident authors can make the payment of registration fee to the aforementioned bank account via any of the available domestic funds transfer modes, e.g., NEFT, UPI transfer, internet banking, mobile banking, etc. The foreign authors can make payment of registration fee via international wire transfer to the aforementioned conference bank account.
• After successful payment of registration fee, the authors are required to fill details in the following Google Form:

• The invoice/receipt of authors' registration for IEEE ASPCC 2026 will be generated after successful verification of transaction details in the conference account.
• Upon completion of Step 1, the authors are required to proceed for the submission of final camera-ready version of accepted manuscript. The detailed instructions for the preparation of final camera-ready paper are given below:

PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF CAMERA-READY PAPERS (Step 2):

I. TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE REVIEWERS' RECOMMENDATIONS IN PREPARING THE FINAL VERSION OF YOUR PAPER

• The final camera-ready version of your paper should account for all the reviewers’ feedback. All authors must agree to the final version. Check carefully that the authors’ names and affiliations are correct in the PDF file of your paper. Check also that the list of authors is correct in the submission platform, as we will use metadata from this platform to produce the author index of the conference proceedings.

II. CONFIRM THAT YOUR PAPER IS PROPERLY FORMATTED

A. Papers must be written in English and formatted following the standard IEEE double column conference template (US letter size) available from:

B. Your paper should not include any header or footer information (e.g., page numbers) in the top/bottom margins. If your paper has been prepared using Microsoft Word, please ensure that you have used the most current version, which will help reduce word-to-PDF conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc.

III. VALIDATE THE PDF OF YOUR CAMERA-READY PAPER FOR XPLORE COMPATIBILITY.

• Check the compatibility of your PDF file in the IEEE PDF eXpress application using the link:

• This tool will also let you create IEEE Xplore compliant PDFs.

A. First-time users should register themselves with the conference ID: 70852X

Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

B. Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

IV. SUBMIT YOUR PAPER

• Submit the IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF file of your camera-ready paper on the official submission system using the following link:
